Hairbizcoach business terms

These terms apply to all coaching and mentoring services offered by Hairbizcoach (we/us).

This document, and all agreements between Hairbizcoach and any other party will be governed by English law and regulated by English Courts. By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.

If any part of these conditions is found to be void or unenforceable, it will be severed from the rest of the conditions but this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions, which will remain valid and enforceable.

By appointing us to provide services you (the client) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We may change these conditions from time to time, in which case this page will be updated with the new terms.

We will agree a specification of work with you and a fixed price contract based on these terms of business.

We may not have availability to start work immediately but will agree with you a date by which work will start.

At any point during the project you are free to cancel the contract, provided you send us valid reasons in writing by recorded delivery. However, you agree that we may invoice for the work that has been completed by the date the recorded delivery is received.

We reserve the right to suspend or modify the service at any time provided that there is a justifiable reason for doing so, such as a breach of any of these terms.
