Magma – the main coaching programme

Our main programme is spread over 12 months.

This consists of 10 months of structured input from us and time for reflection, implementation and holidays for you.

There will be significant overall transformation of you and your salon.

The goals of Magma

We will guarantee to

increase your profitability (you say by how much but a minimum of 20%)
reduce your stress (less conflict or people problems and better work-life balance)
make work and the workplace fun for you and all your team

We agree highly specific targets at the outset.

You will be in no doubt that we have reached them at the end of the engagement

Your investment is £350 per month by direct debit over 10 months or £310 per month over 12 months or £3200 as a single up front payment.

Our intention is that there should be no cost to you overall – your fee is covered by a no win no fee guarantee.

If you follow the program conscientiously…
and participate in the activities …
but do not increase your annual profit sufficiently to cover the cost of our input
then – we will refund your fee completely.

We build your credibility as product experts. You gain a strategy to convert all your clients to retail users. Repeat sales follow naturally.

This is an intensive thirteen week program looking at effective marketing strategies and how to alter the individual stylist client relationship to increase referral business.
