My passion
is helping people find meaning, balance and whatever success they desire in their professional lives.
I have been training and coaching for 20 years, starting when I was working as a doctor in the NHS.
My first coaching task was to help foreign medical graduates who were struggling with our exam system.
Over two hundred “failures” went on to pass.
I have coached doctors, nurses and members of the pharma industry in a wide variety of skills and attitudes working throughout Europe and in the USA.
I am a practitioner of NLP and have recently finished the year long training for the Advanced Diploma in Coach Mentoring of the OSCM. Results of client feedback

Learning through adversity
In 1995 my personal and professional life went into meltdown. After a series of poor decisions (for which I alone was responsible) I lost my job, was divorced and declared bankrupt.
Bad life-events always provide some learning, don’t they? I understand better now my strengths & weaknesses and who I am.
My experiences clarified my values strengthened my resilience and made me set new objectives to start over

After working in Medical Communications in the late 1990’s, I decided to coach small businesses full time.
I wanted to work with people and specifically to help them keep their businesses (and hence their lives) on course.
My main goal now is to constantly develop my skills and talents in order to facilitate others in achieving success through enhanced leadership skills and team building.
